Novels

Piggies (published by Puffin, 9 January 2003)
At some point during Ben's walk home everything changes. He isn't quite sure what has changed at first, but pretty soon he starts to spot the differences. On the surface things seem the same as ever, but soon it becomes clear to him that he is in a world that is different to his own in some very important - and disturbing - ways...

Flesh and Blood (published by Puffin, 8 January 2004)
Living temporarily with his particularly strange relatives in the seaside town of Bathside, Matt is confronted with family secrets perhaps best left unexplored. He'd rather be left alone to play football but now he must face up to a chilling threat to all that he knows.
Yes: this was going to be called In the Blood, but someone else is using that title shortly before my one is due out, so we've had to change it!

Incubus (published by Puffin, 3 February 2005)
Much as we might love and admire our parents, we don't really want to turn out like them, do we? That feeling is even more understandable when your father happens to be a deranged murderer... Danny Smith spends his days trying desperately to keep his family together, and his nights fearing the first signs that his father's madness might be affecting him, too. But what drove his father mad in the first place? This story should bring a whole new meaning to the idea of confronting the family demons!
